After a tiring journey back from Shimla, we were truly grateful to find such a welcoming and caring environment at this hotel, which we booked through Booking.com. I called the front desk ahead of our arrival, and the moment I spoke to them, I felt reassured. We arrived very early with my kids and family, and despite the timing, the staff welcomed us with patience and genuine care. A special thanks to the two boys at the front desk on 19th Saturday April 2025 — your kindness, understanding, and efficiency made a big difference to our experience. From check-in to helping arrange smooth airport transportation, everything was handled with professionalism and a warm touch. We deeply appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort, care, and peace of mind while traveling.

“I recently stayed at this hotel and while the property itself was nice, I have to mention that the location was a huge downside. It was quite far from the main attractions, and getting around was not convenient at all. On the plus side, the hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable.

I stayed at Hotel HSB Suites for one night (17th Dec24) as a transit before catching my international flight the next day. This hotel is part of the Smart Group of Hotels, and while I have stayed in their other properties, this experience was average. The service was okay for the amount paid, but if you’re looking for exceptional service, this might not meet your expectations. The staff was polite and accommodating—they promptly changed my room when I raised concerns about hygiene and washroom cleanliness, which I appreciated. However, housekeeping and maintenance need serious improvement. The food was just average which they provided as complimentary breakfast ,nothing extraordinary. The lift also made strange noises, which was concerning and reflects the need for better upkeep. Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay if you’re on a budget, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service quality.
